About white jade:
Geological Description: White jade is a calcium magnesium silicate, member of the Tremolite mineral group. It has hardness of 6-6.5 on the Mohs Scale. The best specimens are found in China, Russia and the United States.
Metaphysical Properties: White jade is associated with purity and perfection due to its snow white color. It clears the mind, promotes changes in life, and helps to overcome difficult situations. White jade is believed to protect from the evil eye.
